"I have nothing but positive things to say about Purely Pediatrics. There really isn’t another pediatrician like this one. I was beginning to think the assembly like model of care where my concerns were never heard, was all there was. I was very wrong. At Purely Pediatrics, you’ll never leave feeling dismissed or like your concerns and opinions weren’t heard. There will always be someone available to text or call about your concerns, even after hours. You will receive one on one care at each and every appointment. You’ll never be rushed or coerced into decisions you don’t agree with regarding your kids. Not only will you receive medical expertise but you’ll receive praise and acknowledgment for all you’re excelling at as a parent. I absolutely love Purely Pediatrics and couldn’t imagine taking my children anywhere else. I’ve definitely found my children’s forever pediatrician. "We have been with Purely Pediatrics since my son was born (2.5 years ago). We now have a 17 month old as well and we know our children are in the best hands possible. Both my children received home visits after their birth which was AMAZING! Especially when you're a new mom and sleep deprived. It's nice to not have to fight the Buffalo winter with a new born in tow. The fact that I can text Dr. Sue or whomever is on call 24/7 (and we have) is invaluable. They are always quick to respond and welcoming of any questions or concerns I may have. Then there's the office visits. You literally feel like you're family is their only patient. They focus on your needs and never do we ever feel rushed. I can't say enough positive things about this practice. They are wonderful (all of them). If you're looking for a pediatric office that has a strong family feel, then look no further."

"From the moment I heard of Dr.Sue and how she would be opening Purely Pediatrics I KNEW I wanted them as the pediatric team for my future family. Even having a phone meeting with Nurse Kathy while pregnant with my oldest was such a pleasant experience. We currently have two kiddos both under the teams care and they are not only invested in our children but our family as a whole! The text line has been an amazing resource and when we talk about what’s going on with our kiddos it’s such a collaborative environment which is exactly what I was looking for! When my daughter was hospitalized with RSV at 6 weeks, Dr. Sue texted me every day to check up on her. When my kids are sick at 10pm on a Friday night and I’m unsure what to do, they are only a text or phone call away. Who else can text their child’s pediatrician on a Friday night and get an immediate response?! I have 4 kids and I’ve lived in 4 different states and let me tell you, Purely Pediatrics is truly special and unique. Your children are not just a number – Dr. Sue, Taylor and Nurse Kathy genuinely care about their well-being. They are always kind, positive and ever willing to help. "We love Purely Pediatrics! I never even considered another pediatricians office when I found out that I was pregnant. I knew from the beginning I wanted a Doctor who would listen and explain things, and treat me with respect in the care of my son. Dr. Sue and her team have surpassed those expectations. Their office runs on time, your appointments are long enough to ask as many questions as you need, the office is clean and calm. Nurse Taylor is great with my son, his exams are calm and gentle. Nurse Kathy is an angel with scheduling and rescheduling, she responds to emails and provides paperwork in a very timely manner. I love that I can call, text, and email at any day or time. The biggest reason I chose their office was because I wanted an office who supported our decision to follow a delayed vaccine schedule, they never once disagreed, and had a few schedule options that we could choose from. They truly have been so wonderful."
