"Quest in Lewiston is a nightmare. I needed to have a cortisol test done that had to be done between 7am and 9am. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes to speak to a live person, I was transferred to the automated system that I had already tried 3 times and didn’t allow for the specific test information."

"I always go Lewiston for my blood work early in the morning. The woman ask me if I have an appointment, I told her no, there wasn’t any available to fit my schedule. She told me I could wait but all priority would be on people with an appointment. The lobby was empty!! So I waited, watched the girl look for people and walk back in while ignoring me.. Sad!! Along with not taking walking over an hr before they close?? It’s time to find another blood draw place.!!!"

"My husband and I had our first visit to the new Quest Facility in Lewiston on 18 Mar 22. for our annual routine blood work. We had premade our appointments online. Social sitting distance was nice and it was easy to sign in and the wait was short. My staff assistant was Amanda, she was friendly and efficient. I would recommend Quest for anyone needing lab tests done."

"My father, who is 88 years old, (almost 89) stopped there to have a blood draw. There was NOBODY in the lobby waiting and no one getting "taken care of". The lady came out and asked him if he had an appt and he said no. She told him she couldn't help him if he didn't have an appt. Per the information regarding Quest - you take walk-ins but people with appt would have priority. That is fine but this lady went above and beyond to be rude and not accommodating to an 88 year old gentleman. Seriously one of the worst experiences! The staff there needs to be changed to people that care. This isn't the face of the company Quest should have."
