"I waited almost 7 months to write my review. I feel like I got a new back after my surgery with Dr. Baird! I had to have a 2nd discectomy on my L5/S1 in May 2023. This time around the disc was worse than it was when I had my 1st surgery years ago in another state. Dr. Baird was super easy to work with from the very beginning. He didn’t try to doctor talk me, when explaining everything that was going on and what was going to happen. I ended up having to have surgery way earlier than anticipated since the nerve compressed so much that I could barely use my leg. When the day of surgery came, he again explained what was doing to happen and everything to follow. When I woke up, I immediately noticed the difference. I was completely pain free and was even able to walk (slowly) the day of surgery after the anesthesia wore off! The recovery was smooth and to this day, I have never felt better! He let me know that he spent a little extra time in the surgery because what he initially saw didn’t match the symptoms I had. He ended up finding where the disc material was hiding and completely got it out. If you’re needing this type of surgery, he is the best in the area. I’ve already referred three of my fellow Army co-workers to him for their back issues and potential surgeries."

"Dr. Baird has been wonderful from the first time I saw him after my motorcycle accident. Lots of injury, broken bones on my left side. My surgery after was excellent and he just removed my plate in my arm and you can hardly see the incision. Recovery was quick and he was wonderful.
