"Clean office. Timely. Caring dentist. They said they would get a quote from my ins. Waited 2 weeks and I called them again. Staff stated my insurance informed them they didn’t participate. So I paid up front. Aspen billed my insurance. The DO par (according to my insurance when I called a pre quote was never done). My insurance paid. I have the EOB x 3 weeks now and am still waiting for a refund of the overpayment."

"I was having such a hard time choosing which dentist to go to when I first moved here, someone recommended me here and i’m so glad they did! I came in originally just for an exam and to establish care. The dental assistant Suray who took my x-rays was extremely nice and made sure i knew everything she was doing! My dental hygienist, Anna was also sooooo nice and comforting! She ended up being able to get me in for a cleaning and was super quick and gentle with me! The dentist was also fast and efficient and asked me if I had any concerns or questions before and after she gave me a thorough exam! She walked me out herself too. The office manager was very welcoming and extended an offer to give me recommendations of the area and made sure I had everything I needed before I left the office. I will definitely be back and I am so glad I chose Aspen Dental!"

"First visit was great! I wish I could remember the woman's name that did all the pics of my teeth. She was so nice and personable. She made me feel at ease. The office manager was amazing as well. Explained everything to me and helped me figure out what my insurance covered and what I was going to pay for different service. So far this is the best dental office I have gone to. I am new to the area and they got me in to see the dentist in 2 weeks! I have more appointments coming up so I will update this as needed."
