"Got told multiple different things from multiple different people they purposely have a bad attitude to try & mess up your social security - I feel as tho the manager needs a better attitude & needs to grow up - he’s miserable"

"I can’t comprehend what’s the point of making an appointment when they don’t adhere to it? I made a 2:40 appointment and waited over an hour until they called me. It’s like They seen everybody who was a walk-in before those who made appointments. The system doesn’t make sense and management here is just as incompetent. I asked the security guard and management about my appointment time and they said you just have to wait… yes I get it… but appointments should be a priority over walk ins. GET IT TOGETHER"

"West Seneca office was very comfortable. I didn't know how to make an online appointment schedule, I walk in without an appointment. I had to wait about 40 minutes -1hrs but I think it was worth it if you don't know how to make online appointments. In addition, the person in Window 4 was very friendly and helpful. highly recommended excellent customer service."

"I, would like to know if it's true that SSI, is making people to start using cards made of a different kind of material, The reason that im asking is because i had a young man called my phone and that is what he was trying to tell me today and he wanted my SSI number and i told him that i didn't believe him , so i hope that i did the right thing. "I didn't have an appointment and I didn't have to wait long. However, the person that was " working" with me was so nasty. Extremely unhelpful and condescending. Refusing to answer questions directly and taking a half hour to give me a form for a replacement social security card and documentation stating my award letter. Absolutely uncalled for. His behavior was unwarranted and undeserved. I can't speak for the rest of the staff but this guy, he was a real prize let's just say that"
