"Nice hotel. Was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The first room we got had a strong smell of water damage, and the air unit was grinding and banging, but we called the front desk and let them know, and they kindly gave us another room on the 5th floor and it was great. Customer service was great! The outside fire pit was nice! Good little breakfast selections."

"Its what you paid for. The front desk was very helpful getting us an extra blanket. What they gave you in room was woefully inadequate for 2 people, 1 sheet and 1 thin king side blanket, no comforter at all. And the bed was very firm, like sleeping on a stone tablet. But it was clean and had plenty of public space. a family of 20+ was using it for their xmas party when we got there friday night and it didnt bother us while checking in."

"Great and exceptional service from all the staff! there were no complications with checking in (despite arriving much later than expected due to traffic) Our room was very clean and well presented. The Beds and TV were very good. The breakfast downstairs was also very nice with lots of options available for everyone. Thank you :)"

"Experience was less than satisfactory. After returning back to our room after being gone the whole day, found that someone entered our room, used the toilet and hacked a bloody spit on the shower wall. We were offered a new room that we took at 11pm. Then an Off-duty staff member in his pj's was screaming in a 13 year-olds face. I wrote an email to the hotel manager to which he has not responded. Great hospitality.."

"Front desk workers lacked any hospitality. Dressed like they just got out of bed. No professionalism. Completely indifferent and almost bothered to have to check you in. Not well groomed and just very discouraging in general when you're looking for a nice, or at least normal, experience. Upon check in, immediately noticed bed bugs crawling on the pillows. Couldn't have been more disgusting. Took a video to show the front desk who offered no apology and acted like it's an every day occurrence. You've lost us as a customer for life. As a suggestion, have some discernment in who you hire. A competent, well paid staff might actually care."
