Met Fran the manager the following day as I was loading my unit up and she was extremely helpful and double checked my unit to see if I needed anything and that it was to my liking. It was so refreshing to have a “real” “ live” interaction with Fran and to know she would be easily accessible for any questions or concerns was a great comfort especially living in the age of all digital devices. Ty Fran for setting the high standard of customer service!"

"Fran is truly a gem and deserves 10 stars! In my time renting , she is kind, courteous and truly seems to be invested in the clients of this location on Sheridan near Millersport in Amherst, NY. She is helpful with answering questions and is very efficient in returning calls, etc. I overheard someone in the office once when I was signing on say that they were grateful she was there with office hours, as they came from another location without an office and liked to pay in person. I didn't realize locations were without offices, but even more kudos to Fran and her helpful and friendly ways. My unit was clean with an overhead bulb light with string. I was pleased with the concrete without cracks or breakage. My only concern is always cost as I am on a budget and over time there was an incremental increase or two, not an absurd amount, and I'm sure this is with all places, but I would recommend getting something with a little wiggle room if this is a concern for you as well. The app is user friendly and you can exit using the app which is helpful. Autopay is also available. Overall 5 stars and Fran bumps them to 10 stars easily. She is a treasure for clients and this establishment. Thank you."
