"Tried to drop off 2nd day packages at 425pm on the Saturday before Xmas. I get that 430 is posted as the last pickup until Monday but the pickup driver is just standing there still. And if it wasn't for the 2 employees talking to each other my 2 packages probably should have made it on that end of day. Absolutely ridiculous that due to those little dumb things instead of my packages being on the move at 430 Saturday they wont be on the move until Monday 745pm. Especially this time of year at least try to satisfy the customer."

"Worst UPS in the area. Slowest workers ever that don't know how to do their jobs efficiently. I waited in line for 20 minutes with only one person in front of me. 3 people were working in the store and 2 of them were chit chatting about a customer that just called for 10 minutes instead of helping the customers that were waiting in line. The older lady that works there seems very stressed and overwhelmed every time even when it's slow. Maybe it's the management and improper training but either way it's an unpleasant experience every time"

"Who are these people? I've been to this location twice, served by Jesstin both times. They were all super quick and very efficient. When I got there, it was quiet. As more people came, staff came out from the back instantly! They never keep you waiting if possible. If another member of staff doesn't know something, the others chip in to help without wasting my time waiting. If I forgot to give them the info they needed, they've retrieved the information quicker than I could have given it to them. They are super resourceful. I've watched big, husky, menacing figures walk in and instantly drop their guard because these people have a presence about them that's super inviting. They bring the delightfulness out of each person before they leave. They're not hiding; they really do give you their sincere best. This is super rare in western New York! I've only seen people like this a few times. Thank you for your professionalism, presence and not wasting my time."
