"Went to this location about 20 min to close to see if I could get something printed out, a younger guy with glasses rudely stated, the rest of the store is open but my time to leave is now. I was annoyed with his response being I just drove some distance. I also explain but your hours of closing is 6pm. To be honest the customer service here is not friendly. One girl here is always nice but she wasn’t in. I’ll most likely never be coming back to this location"

"The Amherst store on Niagara Falls Boulevard ALWAYS provides excellent service, particularly in the print shop. The staff pleasantly makes every possible effort to accommodate the customer's requests."

"Had the HP printer I was looking for and it was on sale. The associate found the product on the lower shelf. grabbed the box and hustled me to the cash register before I could evaluate the printer with additional questions he could not answer. Also, they will upsell you on overpriced paper at the register. A little too pushy for my liking. I wasn't done looking around in the store."

"The team is always friendly, very helpful and they get my order done quickly especially with the quantity and short amount of time I have to order. I don’t really feel comfortable going in any other location because I know that they won’t be as consistent in the way that I would like my orders formatted. If there’s ever any issues with my order, I know I get a call immediately."

"It's that time of year, shopping for school supplies. The store was neat and organized. We were able to find the items we needed immediately. Customer service was supportive and patient with us. All around a great experience."
