"Excellent store reasonable prices very interesting stuff"

"I drove to Art of Steel on a Sunday afternoon to purchase an amethyst. I arrived at 1:50 pm and a very unfriendly older man blocked me from entering the store after I opened the door. He told me the store was closed, when in fact the store closes at 2 pm on Sunday. There were other customers still shopping inside. Apparently the owner does not care to have repeat customers frequent his shop. I will not return again. So much for supporting local art and providing positive energy."

"I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience at Art of Steel in the Strip District. They refused to stay open an extra 5 minutes for my wife to help me choose a sign, despite her approval being crucial. Instead, the lady was extremely rude, making me feel unwelcome. This used to be one of my favorite stores, but I won't tolerate feeling unappreciated as a customer. I usually support this store, but after today's service, I'll take my business elsewhere, like Etsy, where I'll likely save money and feel valued as a customer. The lady standing outside of the store prior to closing time refusing to let patrons in and including my wife on a day where the temperature is 38 degrees. This type of service will be the death of this store."

"I love my wind chimes!! They make such a beautiful gentle sound in the breeze, but it’s loud enough to be audible from inside and a room away. I didn’t experience any rudeness from the person at the counter like other reviews, I actually had a pleasant conversation about the store and the area. Prices were fair too!"

"I wanted to purchase one of their unique bottle holders as a gift. Their products are great but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I stood at the counter for at least a full minute before either of the employees would acknowledge my presence. Their idea of customer service is less "how can I help you" and more "what do do want?". They have cool Art of Steel stickers that many merchants would probably affix when they wrap up your purchase. Apparently going that little tiny extra step would be just too much to ask."
