"This place is a nice and very warm welcoming place. They have all the things that my kids and I need. My favorite part is the board game session and comics. They have all the collections of board games as well as comic books. My kids love the kid book session. They also have various items of clearance. I would recommend going to that session first to look for the things you are searching for because you might find it there with a great deal of value with a clearance. For example, I paid $5 for a puzzle that usually cost $25. I totally recommend visiting there."

"This Barnes and Noble is amazing. Literally every genre and category that Barnes and Nobles represents in their sales model as a brand… is on steroids. If you are a book shopping addict - stay away because you will want to buy several books here…and probably random bargain craft kits… Or several extra things you never knew you wanted or needed (and don’t need…). And every employee is super nice. My fave book store."

"The customer service here is awful. The store is packed the weekend before Christmas and there's a gaggle of employees standing around the service desk.... doing absolutely nothing except chatting with each other. When i finally got an employees attention on the floor she snapped at me and claimed she was helping someone else. There was no customer hear her that I could see and even if there had been her attitude was completely inappropriate. Needless to say, I left the store without finding what I came in for and if I can help it I will never come back."

"I've always enjoyed this store. There is always a new book or periodical that catches my attention. The staff is helpful and I often enjoy a hot beverage and sometimes a scone. It's a wonderful place to escape the chaos of the world. Now it's getting cooler I'll be there more often. I highly recommend them. You will never beat the feeling of a book in your hand turning the pages the scent your mind creating a world that is just yours."

"I love going to this B&N. It’s always clean, and the book selection is great. The kids’ area is cute - my daughter loves spending time there. The books are more expensive vs online retailers but the store has frequent discounts (buy one, get one half off); that plus the premium member discount actually makes for competitive prices."
