"The place is wonderful, clean usually friendly staff, but on this particular visit I just happened upon a RUDE temp manager who was rude to a customer on the phone then when my Kohl's credit wouldn't work she stated to give me attitude, even though I had my app open showing just how much I had. This one evil will however not tarnish my view of Kohl's."

"I am very disappointed in the way I was treated at the mcnight road store . I am a regular customer of this store. And have shopped at kohls for a very long time Never in a million times of being there was I ever humiliated and shocked that the cashier I had was the store manager. VERY rude and very disrespectful toward me over asking to check on price of item . Then but my to kid mats that are 5 feet long fell out of bag pushing cart to door I picked them up and went back and asked for a bag and she said your not getting another bag .Very rude and her name was Maryann I just for 1 hrs tried to call there corporate office and can not get no one and I think this is ridiculous. To have been treated like this .. Will never step foot in mcnight kohls ever again and maybe just never shop there again. Just am very shocked"

"Marlene was very pleasant cashier. Have to give a shout out for Donna I believe was her name. She had the most unpleasant customer in her line. Like pricing is her fault. She held her cool and still was pleasant to her. I wanted to walk up to the woman and tell her Merry Christmas"

"We went to pick up an online order where everyone in the pickup area were very helpful and efficient. After the pickup wee decided to look aroun for a few minutes. Almost three hours later with many packages and almost all of our Christmas shopping complete. Th selection, values and helpful store employees made it a very enjoyable day. Don & Deb"

"I occasionally shop at this Kohl's department store to purchase clothes and some household products. The store sells products from diffusion brands such as Vera Wang, name brands such as Nike, and private brands such as Tek Gear. The prices for merchandise are low to moderate. The two stories of this store are clean and organized. The cashiers have been friendly to me and have accurately rung up my purchases."
