"Just ur average trailer park... newer nice trailers, but sooooo many rules I call this place lil China!!!! I'll never understand why anyone would pay as much to live there as they would to buy a house, and still have lot rent to pay and someone else making rules to dictate what you can and can't do to, and at your own home!!!"

"Don't waste your time the lady who runs the community sucks. She's rude and chooses what rules she wants to play by. The houses fall apart even the new one. My mom has had nothing but issues there. She also like to run around gossiping everyone's business. A lot of people are fed up. So move along don't waste your time."

"My husband and I have lived here for almost 4 years now and I love it. The area is well maintained and clean and you are expected to keep your home presentable and in good shape. The people are also wonderful I haven't seen people getting together to talk about others like one reviewer claims. We have amazing neighbors (they even fixed our gutter when it started falling down while I was in the hospital giving birth to our son) and I am lucky enough to have both family and family friends living close. We can take out son for walks in his stroller and everybody you pass will stop and say hi. It almost feels like you are stepping back in time a little, to when it was safe to walk around (even at night) and know your neighbors are keeping a eye out for you."
