"The details of my purchase felt like they were handled by children. Ex- they filed paperwork with my city, but didn't wait for it to be approved before doing the work. So I got a call from the city that the work was approved months AFTER they did the work. Thankfully I was able to clear up their error, but still that's was stressful and a surprise bill i had to clear up. Ex 2- Salesman promised no down-payment and a 1200 rebate. Months AFTER install I get a call from their finance department asking for a $1800 down-payment and he's clueless about the rebate I was promised. This is when he decides to tell me the salesman left, not sure why I'm the one expected to pay the price for their employment change, but I already mentioned the childish handling of things. Surprisingly to no one, the finance department couldn't weasel a down-payment out of me so just dropped it and said maybe I could get some vague tax break. No help. Ex 3- I wanted it to at least come close in color to the part of my roof that was not being replaced. This was discussed like 3 times, it was winter and I can't just climb up there and move snow to look for them nor do I have their color pallet on hand so I could compare colors myself. Despite them saying they'd drive over and check, they never looked and talked me out of my original choice and into just going with what color was most common. I now have a black roof and a brown roof. The work itself is OK except for the gaint cord from a satellite they offered to remove is just dangling off the side of my house. All and all, over priced and over promised with zero fall through, follow up, or organization. If I could have done it again, I would have gone elsewhere. Btw the salesman promised no more icicles- the lie detector determined that was a lie. Positive note- the team that did the work did it in one day, were kind and respectful, and cleaned up the area really well."

She was very professional and knew exactly what had to be done.They were fast and did an excellent job. After they were finished they cleaned up so well that you wouldn't even know they were there. "It is wonderful to have a great feeling about a roof replacement. Surely I didn’t want to pay for a new roof BUT it was time. What a great product, be sure to ask about the inner filament and the infused metals that prevent moss ect…. I am confident that the roof will last a good long time and you just can’t beat the professional respect given from start to very clean finish. At the very least I strongly encourage you to hear their presentation!!"

"My roof installation was completed in one day. The crew was professional, experienced, friendly and fun to have around. They protected as much of outside areas as they could by laying tarps. Good cleanup included use of 2 big magnets to pick up stray nails. My roof is the emerald green and it looks great! Thanks Erie!"
