"Someone backed into the back of my car while I am here in Oneonta for college and I was pretty skeptical of all the body shops around the here since i am not familiar with the area! I brought my car to Burrs Body Shop to get my bumper painted and completely replaced and i could not be happier with my experience! Brett the owner got my bumper ordered, painted and put onto my car in less than two weeks. I was only without my car for two days! He gave me his personal phone number to text about updates etc. and made me feel comfortable with the whole process! I was given a very affordable price for the work that needed to be done. When I picked up my car he reassured me that if i had any problems with my car that I could always come back! Will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs work done! Thank you!"

"Do not let Brett Burr touch your vehicle. He wanted to charge me around $380 for three days of storage ($75 a day, in foot tall grass behind his building), $150 for a 10 mile tow to his shop(which was supposed to be covered through State Farm) he apparently "doesn't deal with State Farm, why accept the tow at all?, and $40 for the "half hour of time I wasted on it". He refused to give me the keys when I showed up and questioned the amount he was charging me, and only after arguing with him and threatening to bring him to court over it, did I get my car back for the low price of $216."

"Brett gave us a fair price to fix the door and quarter panel on our van. He not only fixed it in a timely manner but the quality of work they did amazes me. The paint work he did looks better than the day we bought it. This is the third time I've had them do work for me in past 15 years and highly recommend them."

"Brett helped me out of a bind when my muffler decoupled while driving down Route 23. He welded it back together for a fair price on a holiday weekend and gave good overall advice on my car. There was a snafu that delayed the work by a day and that was a bit stressful, but it all worked out and I'm happy with the results. An honest, nice guy who seems to enjoy what he does.
