"Caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff make this place great for many of our care needs. Convenient parking, too!"
"As a patient, I had to wait 5 weeks for a cardiac rehab eval appt only to be told that I had to wait another 4 weeks for it to begin! 9 week wait w/o being told in advance so that I could choose another place. Unprof & unethical- gave me a bit of paper with with 2 exercises jotted on it?!! This after 4 stents & 2 heart attacks!"
"I’ve been here numerous times and to many different offices in the building. I can confidently say not one person was kind to me. All of the providers I saw were rude, and when I went for a transfusion that office was even worse. After three years I told my primary care provider to never send me there again and I started going to Cooperstown where they’re much nicer."
"Well organized and welcoming space. Everyone I met was friendly and supportive."
"Very calming atmosphere when you walk in the building, not like most Doc offices . I think a list at the doors at the entrance saying which direction is Office you're looking for or a sign hanging above each door ,for the ones on the wall seem to blend in . All who work in Hematology are very nice, Adore Doc Knight. She is very thorough listening to my concerns and explaining all test results so I can understand ."
