"The shop was super nice at first and told me what I wanted to hear. When my truck was finally done after almost a month they didn’t do what we talked about at all. The insurance had some say in that but the shop never got ahold of me once when the truck was at the shop and they wouldn’t release the truck until they were paid from the insurance company even though it’s guaranteed payment. They “forgot” the cowl hood and put an oem hood back on my truck even after I showed them and talked about it multiple times when dropping the truck off. Then I had to go back once it was done due to the truck not being fully fixed and paint defects. Long story short if you have a truck and want a 6 month process to get your vehicle fixed avoid this shop."
