Bolla Wash

"Went there for a quick wash. There was a man standing by the machine he saw me waiting and because we couldn't go towards the machine cuz there was those things in front of them he walks away instead of asking me if I needed help then I go to call the place to get assistance since the car wash looks like it's not working correctly and nobody answers the phone. As soon as I leave the guy comes out again. Very bad customer service. I will never ever be back here again!"

"terrible. I tried to self service on 4/27 at 430PM. I inserted my card for payment and computer went down. Attendant came out and told everyone on line he had to close because system was down. I told him that i had already processed my payment. and would I still be charged. He told me no. Well guess what, my card was charged anyway, and I haven't been able to contact anyone. Terrible customer service."

"Will never ever go back. Car jumped the track back on 9/8. I went back to talk to the manager, he said there was nothing he can do about it because I left location (showed up 30 minutes later). Car has $5500 worth of damage to it and got the response that “this never happens.” “We have sensors that tracks this and if not happens the machines stop.” Everyone should stay away from this place. $7 for a car wash is a deal but when you have damage and have to be without a car for a month while it gets repaired it’s not worth it. Company won’t get back to be, Cameras on site and they can’t view the incident. On top of everything, soap was still all over my car, the person that pre washed it might as well just have put my car through dry since they barely sprayed it. HORRIBLE"

"They did such a great job remodeling this car wash. The vacuums are soo strong and get into the smallest spots. I use the wash there all the time and my car comes out so clean and smells good. I would never complain about the price because it worth it. Mark is the best and helped me wash out my rug."

"Terrible wash and worse customer service. Tried to explain their tire shine unit was malfunctioning. Mark the manager said “it doesn’t happen all the time so the unit is ok.” Had to convince worker for 5 minutes to wash my tires clean instead of just wiping thick soap off with terry cloth. They told me I wouldn’t receive a reimbursement before I even asked for one. Also, conveyor belt timing is off. My car was rolling back and forth for 40 seconds at end of wash before I had to just put in drive and exit. To make it worse I found out after I spoke with manager that one of the wraps scratched my car. Too frustrated to argue. Since it’s not privately owned there is no accountability with this wash. Unlike most washes who take care of their customers."
