"IF YOU WANT TO SAVE TIME THIS IS NOT THE SHOP . I Arrived at 11am due to customer care sending me to the shop to swap my front tires which were the wrong size. I called back the care rep when i arrived and they tried to contact the store with no luck. The care rep i was on the phone with said he needed to speak to someone at the store and at the time i was sitting waiting watching no one attempt to grab the phone. I had to call back another 2 times since the reps couldn't get anyone and no one answered the phone , I ended up getting up asking for the manager who seemed to be hiding from answering the phone or help address the situation I believe his name is Owen. The only one who was any help was Luis who was very nice and actually ended up talking to the care rep and finally getting me a simple solution, I left came back car was done but now needed the paperwork. That took another 30minutes. I ended up leaving around 2pm."

"Zero stars. I was warned not to go there but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake on my part. Waited an hour and a half to be told they couldn't fix my flat. Tire had a visible nail in it. They told me they don't "plug" tires, only "patch" them. Then they tried to sell sell me a new tire- a complete scam. Never again!"

"I’ve been bringing all my vehicles to this location for years My daughter’s vehicle has had issues with her front end and brakes and brought it back multiple times for them to just redo everything About two weeks ago, I had them look at my sons car to diagnose and find out what the rattling was on his front end They charged me $200 for diagnosis fee and told me I needed two front wheel bearings and wanted to $1100 to do the work My husband said absolutely not. It’s too much money that he would do the work Turns out we paid $250 to buy the parts and there was nothing wrong with the wheel bearings So we got hit with a diagnostics fee that was incorrect plus paid for parts to repair that didn’t need repair I put a complaint into Goodyear to have that money refunded back to my credit card I went and dropped off my daughter’s car to find out what still going on with her issues, and they called me telling me that they are no longer servicing any of my vehicles at that location So because I put a complaint in for a missed diagnosis that I have to pay for their now, refusing to do any work on my vehicles Managers, Chris and Anthony are nice but I don’t think a lot of their repair guys know what they’re doing"
