"horrible experience. We called and asked if the tires we wanted to order were run flats. They checked with manager and said yes so we ordered. When they come in we were told they weren't run flats. Mike was rude and condescending and said he didn't "believe" we called and asked. Telling everyone we know not to use this tire center. Not just a waste of time but they were horribly rude and ineffective. STAY AWAY."
