"Took my sons Jeep in for brakes and inspection. He only put 7k miles on it since last inspection was done. They called us with an 1800 bill and a long list of things to be done to complete inspection, including muffler being “too loud”. I’ve heard loud mufflers around town and I can’t even hear his. We told them we would take it somewhere else for a second opinion. They charged us $185 to “diagnose” it and do no work. The next shop replaced full back brake system and fixed tie rod for $600 total with inspection. They said muffler was perfectly fine to pass inspection. GMZ tried to rob us, clear and simple. I was going to take my daughters car in next for brakes but they lost our business forever. Not trustworthy!"

"My boyfriend’s car was overheating so he decided to take his car here to see what was wrong. First they told him that it was the thermostat and a sensor and they gave him the parts cost and the labor cost and total was going to be around $290. He thought that was weird because he had just changed it about a month ago when the issue started but trusted that the mechanic checked everything. Then he asked if they can check his front driver side axel, they told him the cost and labor again and everything was going to be around $595. But then they called AFTER changing the axel and said there’s no point in changing it without fixing the upper control arm and told him again the cost of parts and labor which bumped to around $825. Then after all that is done and we waited around from 11:30am to basically 6pm when they closed they call him in and tell him that his radiator is leaking and they have to check the engine now to see if it’s even worth changing the radiator and if the engine is bad they are just going to take off all the parts and return them and just charge hundreds for labor. He had to leave the car there since they were closing. So all day spent with multiple calls and different times to pick the car up and was let down at the end. He had brought it on Friday and it is now Monday. They told him Saturday that his engine is messed up. But they want to charge over $400 of labor and return a car back that has nothing done to it!!! My boyfriend had to call the cops bc at this point he felt taken advantage of and would never recommend this place to anyone. This is a junior mechanic, do not go here!!!"

"Went there for a couple of things. First it was water pump for motor fixed and it was all good. So went back for a power steering pump. Turns out they just changed the o ring on pump and left the same pump a couple of weeks later was having the same issue so called them back and apparently they didn't have a receipt on record for the work they did so they couldn't replace the pump. I ask for them to check my alternator and battery bc my car kept dying and they told me the car needed a new battery. Also had them check my passenger side tire becase my car was pulling on that side. Guy said that there was nothing wrong that i might just need an alignement. Replaced battery and in about a month I had to replaced the alternator because it was shot. So makes me think that the battery was good. When I replaced the alternator at a different shop I asked to check my passenger side tire and it turns out that my lower control arm was broke."
