"They seem to be running a scam by telling you to join their car wash club for 9.00 a month but wind up charging you 22.76!!! Plus they tell you cancelling is easy and not a problem but when you call them, no one answers!! Beware of this establishment! "Signed up for the promotion car wash and was denied service. Manager stated that my standard step bars could damage the equipment. When I have already used them multiple times . I think there is more to this .. not the greatest service anyway Edit to respond: Per your response email, why would you ask for pictures of my vehicle and state that vehicles like mine cause damage when you don’t know what I have? My running boards are factory height and do not sit lower than the average vehicle. I am not taking this personally, your practices do not deliver on what’s promised. Nor do you work to rectify legitimate customer complaints. When asked for a partial refund on a half month left subscription after being denied service, you responded as though this was my fault and not an oversight committed by your staff. You made it seem as if a promotional deal was a courtesy extended from you to me. It was also after that denial, you asked for pictures of my car. And again, you do not know what my car’s make and model is to determine it was my fault. You did however, note that I was able to use your service prior to today, numerous times. I do not know why those times were fine and today was an issue. Edit to response: The issue is not that I can’t use your Facility. It’s when I was denied service . I email you for a Partial refund for the promotional service. It was for 1 month of unlimited car wash .and I still had eleven days left, And service was not rendered. And have made it seem as if you were doing me a favor . You sent me two emails one for pictures and one stating that I paid for one wash and the rest was a Courtesy. Which it doesn’t matter how much I paid . It’s for a month Worth Of car washes. And if the month is not over . Services have not been rendered. I don’t need to correct what your staff is doing. I paid for a moth of washes .which I didn’t receive . Period.You also stated that this started April 1 . I was not notified through email that is on file in the online account . Also there were no signs.when I pulled in to the car wash only when I pulled up to the kiosk it stated denied .One of your employees had To come over to me and have me go around To speak to Adam and that’s when I was notified.not good business. And time wasted. And you are very condescending .You speak about how much I paid and make it seam as if I am Getty over . If you feel this way about your customers then don’t have promotions. And you are right it’s not worth going over this for 20 dollars it’s about keeping your customers happy . Have a good day…"

"Beautifully cleaned Jeep each and every time. My top comes off if I want to take it off and I don’t get water inside my Jeep. I’ve never received a scratch from the car wash. I can even leave my antenna on. After the car wash I drive around to the back where I can vacuum my Jeep for free. I get the monthly package where I can wash my Jeep as many times as I want for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this car wash. The staff is very friendly."
