"I went for an oil change today on 11/18/2023 at 8am. As soon as they opened the doors they had a lot of customers. Travis helped everyone, answered the phones too, gave customers clear expectations about wait times the shop was really busy on a Saturday morning. I had a couple of additional questions myself about other concerns i had with my car and Travis happily answered them even though my questions were not related to the oil change service i went in for so that was very nice of him. This is my second time visiting this location for a service. Price wise i don't really know how they compare to other shops but now a days everything is expensive!."

Gave me a good price on brakes for Black Friday sale they have and Darnell Chris and Marc also did an entire check on my car to make sure everything was good and didn’t need replacement. Didn’t even know I needed air in my tires or needed rotors soon until they told me. I recommend this Mavis to any and everyone looking for good positive and professional help. Coming back to them for sure. Thank u guys for being terrific to me and my husband and my truck!!!"
