"Brought my car in for an oil change. I mentioned the check engine light was on and they said they would scan it and tell me what the code says. They said it would take an hour. They had my car for 5 hours! When I called and asked if my car was ready, they had still not done the oil change because they were waiting for the technician to scan the light for the code and he was behind. I feel they should have called me and told me the that they didn’t have time to scan it. I ended up telling them to forget about the engine light and just do the oil change. After getting off the phone, it took another hour for them to do the oil."

"A friend of mine went there for a NYS inspection before driving to Florida. Everything was ok with the car but Goodyear insisted she needed new wiper blades. Hers were fine but they charged her about $40 for 2 wiper blades. Ok no biggie, they need to make something on the inspection, I get it. So she leaves on the trip to Florida and it started raining. She calls me and says the wipers are not working. I'm like I tested them before you left? She said Goodyear changed them after I checked them. Ok so I asked what happened. She said the drivers side is damaged or bent. I advised her to go to AutoZone and get a driver's side wiper, no biggie. She did and she installed it as they could not cause of a long wait. She calls me again and says the new drivers side wiper failed. I'm like what the heck. So I asked her to measure the passenger side wiper which was installed by Goodyear. Turns out they installed a wiper 2 inches longer on the passenger side!!! Because of this the passenger side wiper was touching the driver's side! So now I sent her back to another parts store and get a new drivers side wiper as well as a new passenger side. They installed both for her and also verified that the passenger side wiper blade they Goodyear installed was the wrong size. Like seriously this is so easy. I'm assuming they didn't have the right size wiper in stock so used what they had. Seriously Goodyear you have to do better. This cost this lady a lot of time!"
