"PSA: this station is consistently 40 cents more per gallon than places 2 blocks away. Learn from my mistake!"
"Second time I have gone there and they tried to scare me into an unnecessary repair or replacement. The first time was just about an interior air filter. It was only three months old, but the mechanic ran his pen across the folds and told me it was in desperate need of replacement and would affect my “interior air quality.” This last time was my muffler. I brought it in to make them check the work they did on my catalytic converter. They claimed that my exhaust system was about to fall off and could hurt someone on the road. Didn’t even want me to drive it at all until they got to fix it. Kept warning me of how dangerous it was. Just brought it to a great mechanic and I watched him shake the whole system and it wasn’t anywhere near coming loose. They wanted $675 to fix it. This mechanic wants $160. Also told me they quadruple charged me for a catalytic converter in 2020. Awful, dishonest, opportunistic place. Updated: Their response below is hollow. The same day I did the review, I called the store and spoke with them. Nice PR, but no substance."
"I went there because I had low tire pressure and wanted to pump air , their machine was not working so I asked the manager there if he could check for me if it's a flat tire or anything else wrong. The manager had a guy come out with a pump and attempted to pump air but the flat remained. I asked how much would it cost to fix a flat, I was told this issue was not something that can be fixed that I would need a new tire . After they made a few calls , I was quoted $150 plus tax to replace the tire. I declined and went 1 block away to another station where I asked for a flat tire fixing price, I was quoted $15 and was more then willing . The mechanic ran a flat tire test and found there was no flat . They pumped air in the tire and I was free to go . This scam station should not be patronized for trying to.steal from potential customers. Integrity goes a long way to uphold your biz. I hope that people read this to avoid getting scammed at this station."
"The only reason why I give such a poor rating is because I went to pre pay for my gas in cash. When I went to the pump to gas up I noticed he was charging me credit card price which is 10 cents more. When he saw that I was about to spaz out on him he changed it back to the cash price. If you come here for gas i recommend that you watch them closely. Don't know about the night crew but the day crew is a little crooked. Watch them close."
"This used to be where I took my car for everything. My last two times have been problems. This last time I had to get my oil pan replaced, which cost about $900. When I went to pick it up as soon as I leave the check engine light came on. When I brought it back to tell them they told me that it was already on when I brought it to them, which I know for a fact it was not, and I need a new O2 sensor which will be another $300. Whether they broke the sensor while replacing the oil pan I don't know but I do know that after spending $900 I was called a liar and asked to spend another $300. I will never bring my car here again. I will find a new mechanic. They could have told me they broke it if thats what happened and taken care of it for me or they could have told me that it isn't working and its unrelated to the work they just did and I would have accepted both of those answers. Don't tell me that the light was on when I brought it in though, I don't appreciate being lied to."
