"These folks have been WONDERFUL. We've had awful experiences at other garages in the neighborhoods, but these folks have taken great care of our car, and have been lovely at every encounter. (Not awesome about mask-wearing, though....)"
"Do not do business with this garage! We used this garage as our monthly spot and the ownership group, Plaza Car Park LLC was the most deceitful, shameless, greedy organization I've ever interacted with. When our apartment flooded and we were forced to move out of town for 5 months, they wouldn't let us pause our contract - and just invented a termination fee that would have actually cost more than to just continue paying them. You can only pay via check, through the mail. In 2 years as a customer we had only 1 issue with late payment and they had their garage attendants confiscate our car keys and physically chase us down for a check on the spot (when it was in the mail, less than a week late). They also charge at least 40% more than a better, more well run garage down the road. The owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for how they conduct business and treat their customers."
