"I talked to three guys, cashier, manager and attendant, and all confirmed that the rates posted on the wall is correct. I was charged based on that. I advise to do the same to avoid any inconsistencies."

"Do not use Spot Hero to book a monthly space here. If you need a monthly spot, pay on arrival at the garage. I have had to wait for around an hour and needed to make multiple phone calls to sort this out."
"By far the WORST parking garage! WARNING! Do not park your vehicle here. I made the mistake of entrusting the garage to park and secure my vehicle. First, the manager overcharged us and after speaking with our property manager we realized that we were being overcharged by hundreds of dollars. The supervisor pretended that he had no idea what was going on and never even apologized for being a fraud. After leaving my car there for 2 months I realized that the whole driver side of my car was damaged. Not one staff member informed me of the damage then proceeded to pretend that they didn’t do it. Subsequently, someone dropped off their vehicle which was a stick shift. The staff member who attempted to move the car stalled it out 5 times before getting out and admitting that he did.not know how to drive stick. If you care about customer service and your car please avoid this garage at all costs!"
"These guys are great. always pleasant and extremely respectful of me and my family. I'm a monthly customer, they go way above and beyond to be sure my car is ready everyday, the cost is at market rate. If you are a tourist maybe you shouldn't park in the city, it's expensive - read the signs. And if you are a jerk you probably get a reflection of your behavior."
