"Not sure why, but this location is super.Unprofessional, after this location was taken over by new management. The staff here is straight rude all the time. The? Machine to give out cards that allow you to go in.The parking lot was broke. They put a man in front to press the button to allow you to go in that man.Stood there and refused to say hello, it was 8 in the morning downtown Manhattan.Excuse me downtown brookly. I was never given the instruction of why the machines are not working.I was only asked to use my credit card and pay in advance. And this would allow the machine to work because it's having issues. I didn't like the idea of doing that because I felt I would be charged double. So I went to the other side which allowed me to go in. But the staff running this location is very hood. And there was a few angry Jamaican. Or islander employees here. It felt more like hood parking dot com. I'm an actor and I worked on a TV show. And use this park a lot. 2 years ago, it's totally not the same location. Feel totally not the saying energy."
"This parking spot is actually the most convenient for people going to walk the Brooklyn Bridge; however, customer service, at least from one of their employee is very nasty. On my way out i got a little confused about the way of swiping my credit card into the machine, so the employee on that shift came outside of the booth with a very disrespectful attitude, mainly because I couldnt understand clearly the way he was asking me to insert the card into the machine because of the language barrier and he just blew up on me saying inappropriate words and complaining asking why i couldnt understand; it was very obvious english wasnt my primary language. This makes me wonder how he treats any non speaking english customer. As a reference, the employee i dealt with is a guy with long hair, who behaves as if he hates been working there... day of parking 01-01-23. Left the lot at 15.41pm. In case you really care about customer satisfaction and would like to address this issue with your employee. (I have the ticket number). Ashley"
"I have been parking at this location for many years. It's convenient since I work near by and never had an issue. The only complaint is that my husband has handicap plates and it's convenient to park by the elevator since he has a hard time walking. There have been people taking advantage parking in the handicap section with no tags. People have no respect. When I complained to the front desk they were no help. Nothing they could do."
"My car was broken into, the passenger side window was shattered. My Laptop along with my tools were gone. On my way out, I spoke to the persone behind the booth and she said there was nothing they can do. And that I needed to call the police. But first I needed to pay for the parking fees. She did see the broken window but did nothing. They allow anyone inside their parking area. People loitering around the parking area. They have no way to restrict access to their own property by others than the patrons."
"Went for an MRI down the block, it was a self-parking which I didn't expect , my walking was pretty bad at least they had a bathroom , place was clean and not very busy, crowded with cars but not busy , decent price and they didn't gouge me. Men in booth were very helpful"
