"Booked on spot hero with all the correct information on my vehicle. Spot hero charged an oversize fee which is fine but when I got there the attendant said I needed to “pay the difference” and that it was actually double but he didn’t have anything in writing to say that was the case. So, I called spot hero customer service and he was hovering over me which made me extremely uncomfortable. So I hung up, canceled the reservation and left."

"The parking attendant crashed another customer’s car into our parked car. He said he didn’t put the car in park and it rolled down the hill into our parked brand new car. He let us drive off without mentioning the damage and we barely made it a block before noticing the significant damage. When we returned he told us his manager “told him not to tell us.” Through crocodile tears and claims of being a good Christian his story changed multiple times, he damaged another car while we waited for the police to come file a report. The supervisors never arrived to the garage. They were difficult to reach and moreover offered no assistance. If I could give this place 0 stars I would."

"I confirm, do not park here! I stayed for 1 year, they scraped my car twice and always refused to take responsibility. Both my claims have been denied by iPark. I have now moved to another parking place."
