"Convenient but warning for electric car owners: it always takes between 3 and 6 phone calls to get them to actually put your car on the charger, if then. I'm constantly stressing over the battery dying and picking my car up uncharged. Price is nice but killing your battery is expensive and having to call so many times is absurdly bad."
"They’ll watch you park your own car while you’re in a hurry, not tell you you have to give them the keys, and then charge you an extra $50 or they won’t allow you to leave the garage. Attendant wasn’t even in the garage at the time my husband parked and they have a single small sign notifying you of this on one column you can easily walk by if you’re running late because there’s no parking in the neighborhood. Won’t be getting our business again :)"
