"This is a great parking garage. I've used this place a few times now and they are very professional. Parking in Brooklyn can be a real headache so it's good to have a nice, reliable go-to parking garage like this. The pricing isn't too bad either"
"AWFUL! Stay away from this place! They take no responsibility for damaging cars. They dented my trunk door with a pole of some sort (as the dent was above my license plate). FIRST PROBLEM: Literally watched one of the parking attendants (supposedly “Steven”) back up a brand new Mercedes almost directly into my humble SUV as the other parking attendant was pulling it up so we could leave. He would’ve backed directly into it but the customers waiting all yelled “wait!!” to alert the parking attendant. SECOND & MUCH BIGGER PROBLEM: When I went to get into my car I saw that they gave me my car with a BRAND NEW DENT caused presumably by them backing into a pole in their garage. The attendant who said his name was Steven REFUSED to give me the supervisor’s information. I would have called the police to file a police report but had my toddler daughter and pregnant wife in the car. Awful experience."
"Thieves, they charge you $10 extra for an oversized vehicle when you don't have an oversized vehicle mThen they refuse to give you your car keys. Don't spend your money here."
"Worst customer service ever! We were here by mistake and the guy yelled at us because the lost was full. We asked him For help and he said NOOO and lot is full and walked away. Just needed to know that the correct parking garage was around the corner. Super rude!!"
"Every now and then I park my car in this garage as a last resort when the other garages are full. All these years, every time I go here the staff's tone to me has been rude or has an attitude. As if I'm bothering them or annoyed that I'm bringing my vehicle to their business. Is it my car? Or maybe they don't like my hair? or my face? Place gets the job done of parking your car, albeit unpleasantly."
