"I'm writing to express my disappointment with the service at your Wayne station. Upon arriving and parking at the station, I encountered a gas attendant who not only displayed rudeness but also exhibited discriminatory behavior. The attendant, without any form of greeting, abruptly pointed to a cone and rudely exclaimed, "Don’t you see the cone?" When I acknowledged the cone and explained that I was a new driver, he continued in a disrespectful manner, asking if I knew the purpose of the cone. I informed him about my lack of knowledge as a new driver and requested a more polite conversation. Instead of correcting his approach, the attendant persisted in his rude behavior, stating, "Move to the other one!" When I expressed my decision to stay, he dismissively replied, "Then don’t," and returned to his cabin. I felt targeted due to my headscarf, and this incident does not align with the positive experiences I've had at Lukoil stations in Europe. I urge you to address this promptly to maintain your brand's reputation. Discrimination and discourteous behavior should never be tolerated. Sincerely, Betul"

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! If I could give no stars I would for this gas station. I went there and asked for twenty dollars regular on my card and he ended up filling up the gas. It came out to almost seventy dollars. Are you JOKING! I am giving this car up over the weekend to go to another lease. I DID NOT want to fill up the gas! I told the man, this is not what I asked you for and he just kept saying “fill it up, fill it up” in my face. RUDE! I did not tell you that sir! We are all barely making it with these hard times and now I payed soo much more than I wanted to pay. I called and the man said the manger is on vacation. This place is a joke. Now I get lies too!! Seriously, if a manager sees this, please contact me before I have to result to the owner of this station. I want my money back gas or not. It’s very FRUSTRATING!!! Thanks alot Lukeoil!"

"Best Gas station in the area. I have been coming here for years and never had any problems. All the gas attendants and the staff inside the store are very friendly, courteous, and always go above and beyond. Overall a great experience each time I go there."

"Frequent this place pretty often since it's near my parents. Pretty typical as far as gas stations go. I don't think I've ever seen it crowded with a wait at least."
