"The lady I made an appointment with was extremely unfriendly on the phone and gave me an appointment 2 months later. I went for the service today and they didn't even wash the car despite it being entered on the invoice"

"The service is good even though I get charged $1500 before anything is done for a 30,000 mile service. I called today for an oil change appointment and was told the earliest available date is January of next year! Is this for real?"

"The manufacturer of my car already paid the bill to fix my car. They are currently holding my car hostage. Refused to give me my car unless I paid them $2,400 in storage fees which they did not mention anything about fees when I brought the car to them. Be honest with your customers this is just pure greed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM!!!!"

In addition to the obscene costs, they overschedule and make you wait 3 hours until they finish for basic oil change and maintenance. They also have no amenities for customers while you wait.
