Reviews
"A quaint park just outside of town. Large trees give shade along the edges of the park, with smaller visually pleasing tress in the center. Picnic tables are setup around the park. A couple disc-golf baskets are in place. There are several small paths to the quiet river. A short walk along the river puts you in a large open piece of the park. Perfect for playing ball or letting your pet run around. It is easy to access and pleasant. (Images provided by our Media Specialist: Olivia Bernard)"
"This used to be my favorite place in the world when I was a kid, not so much anymore. The park is still a beautiful place if you can catch a time when its actually peaceful. The local day camp has started using it every morning all summer long. At least a hundred kids take over all of the tiny beaches and they blast loud music. By the time the afternoon comes around the place is packed with lots of people and loud music destroying any peaceful nature. It used to be a hidden gem, but now it is sadly not what it used to be..."
"Haf a blast with my 4 year old neice still a year later same thing"
"A nice and relaxing place. A few decent swimming holes for kids to enjoy. A nice place to bring a blanket and catch some Sun. Dogs visit from time to time, as do a few fisherman. A decent place to cool off and slow down a bit."
"Absolutely love going here things for the kids to do and swim all at the same time highly recommend"
