Update#2: They have reached out and would like me to contact them; I may, but I think I made it quite clear where the wheels fell off this cart, so to speak."

I witnessed a staff member calling a customer to tell them that a sensing unit which was malfunctioning did not need to be replaced because they found that the problem was a loose wire. They didn't have to do that and it speaks to their honesty. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and service was prompt and complete."
