"If you live in the sunrise park make sure you give honesdale people directions to your house. The driver we had tonight had 1 the wrong address weather he was given it by the store wrong or read it wrong. 2 told the boss he pounded on a door for 25 minutes. First of all he was at the wrong address 2d of all i have 2 dogs and 6 people in the living room dogs did not bark which anyone who knows will tell you my dogs bark if the wind blows. I wont order from honesdale dominos anymore unless my boyfriend does when he wants it. Ill pay the extra for good pizza at two guys or elegante"

"Yesterday Oct .4th was my first ever visit to a Domino’s, they say the first impression is a lasting impression, I was taken in by the tv commercials for cheesy bread, I ordered 2 cheesy breads ($19.00) the young fellow the was making pies was very polite the store was spotless however when I reached home and cut open the cheesy bread low and behold nothing like the tv commercials with cheese oozing out I was lucky that there was a trace of cheese, very disappointing as I said first impression is a lasting impression,i probably wouldn’t return to this franchise again. Businesses shouldn’t cut corners to increase profits November 9, 2023 The owner made good on his promise to make things right, I stopped by today ordered 2 cheesy breads and they were much better, no charge."

"I ordered a week ago and they gave me half my order and half someone else's order. I called back and was polite and they gave me a 20$ credit associated with my phone number. Today I called, Bc online ordering is shut off for this location, they said they dont know how to do a credit, and the *manager hung up on me and refused to even take my order withoutttt the credit, even tho I was neither rude or cursing or belittling or anyyyyything, but Just bc I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving, but in the proper and polite but not watered down way. So two times in about a week and both times this place is a train wreck."

"Great friendly staff. Placed an order the other day and arrived to pick it up but it was delayed a few minutes, due to a very large order that was placed ahead of me. The staff was very kind and apologetic about it and I could see they were working their butts off to complete the large order and keep up with everyone else’s. They deserve 10 stars for putting up with the crotchety people that had to wait just a few more minutes. I believe the names of the staff were Casey, Hope and Anthony. They handled are hard situation very well and put out good quality food with great customer service. I hope they get recognition for it."

"Ordered well before close so knew order was done, but arrived 5 mins after they closed because I was coming from further away, and they canceled the order 2 mins before I got there and the workers just sat there while we knocked at the door. I've worked in the restaurant business and yeah, it sucks having to stay open later and I rarely, if ever, do this, but they're there cleaning anyways and the tip I had to give them was over 50% of my order, which was $20."
