"It was very cold in the place, and the hot towels were cold. When it is cold outside and we are stripping down it should be warm inside. Also if you give me a 60 min massage and not once do you massage my shoulder blade area despite my indicating to you (by pointing) that my shoulder and neck area is in pain, something isn't right. If you spend half the time applying oil, please note I am here for a massage of muscles and not for you to moisturize my skin. Most importantly - if you do not understand English and I am trying to say something to you, please find someone to translate. "No English" is not sufficient. Thank you. I still need a massage."
