"I’ve been a patron of this business for as many years as they have been open. Everyone who works there may not know my name, but they certainly know my face. I went in this evening to exchange the hair color I purchased 3 weeks ago. I inadvertently grabbed the wrong color. I no longer had the receipt, but I figured it shouldn’t be a problem because it would be an even exchange…plus they know me, or so I thought. I approached the register and asked the Asian lady behind the counter if I could make the exchange. She asked if I had the receipt, and I told her I did not. She began to examine the box and she could see that it was unopened. I sensed her hesitation, and I didn’t really want any hassle over a $7 box of hair color. I told her no worries and that I would just purchase another box. I made my way over to the aisle that the hair color was in, and grabbed another box of the correct color. Meanwhile she said something to the Asian gentleman who was there and he grabbed the hair color out of my hand and yelled that it was his! I was stunned like what is your problem? I told him that I’m going to purchase it. He made the assumption that I was going to walk out with the hair color. He totally disrespected me and made an assumption that was completely false. I told him that I would never purchase anything from that store again. He did apologize, but it was too late. The damage was done. I told him I accepted his apology, but I can no longer patronize his business and God Bless him. I will not give my money to a business that does not respect me."

"The store has a wide range of hair and beauty products. The staff there are knowledgeable will take their time to help you find something or help you decide between hair, and educate you on hair products and hair pieces. It’s always clean, and the environment is very welcoming. I recommend everyone come here for their hair and beauty needs."

"Salesperson gave inaccurate information about a wig purchased for a wake for my mother, who lost her battle with cancer. When trying to return the wig due to false advertisement, we were told several times that the owner was not there each day, then they informed us that the owner went "on vacation" with no expected return date. A very rude woman then hung up on me when attempting to speak with her about the misinformation we were given regarding the wig and it being needed for a wake (she confirmed that the information we were provided was inaccurate). The saleswoman said she had other work she'd rather be doing and abruptly hung up. I had to purchase a wig from another store. I would strongly advise you to double and triple check the information provided by the salespeople there, as they will refuse to take ownership of misinformation and falsely advertise their products to get a sale. Complete lack of empathy by their sales associates."
