"This is the worst braiding shop in the world. I don't know how they been on business for 20 years they must be running an uncover business out of here. My wife went to get 4 braids with a v part early this morning. The lady confidently said she can achieve this look. My wife came home it was horrible the braids had hair sticking out of With uneven braids and croked parts. I call the shop immediately to complain and said my wife is coming back to either get her hair fix or her money back. When she arrived the owner along with 3 other girl try to achieve the look with some even and straight parts it didn't not happen not one person in there is a skilled braider. The owner kept trying to force the girl to keep trying even though they said they can't achieve the look at this point my wife had an headache and her head was sore so she got out the chair and said give me my money back which they did. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THEY ARE NOT SKILLED BRAIDERS OR STYLIST they try to take advantage of people that are new to braids and they will say they can do any style when that is not true. On top of all this chaos they try to charge 60 bucks for 4 braids on Nautral short men style hair. I wish I could give them a zero star"

"Ladies, I’ve been going to this hair salon for years. This is hands-down, the best hair salon on Staten Island. The ladies are super friendly. They do neat work and they are very accommodating. The owner Coumba Is so niceee She won’t let you leave the salon till you’re satisfied. Definitely Check them out."

"Very disappointed , received a sew in weave 2 days ago for a photoshoot for my birthday I had scheduled the next day . An hour after receiving the sew in I noticed the a braiding sticking out and the tracks coming out . I did call and complain they offered for me to come back in and fix it but I have scabs on my head from the sewing needle poking me and this isn’t the first time I received a bad hair style from them . I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt being that there isn’t a lot of places on StatenIsland. But $120 for a sew in that didn’t last me an hour is ridiculous. On top of that there were mice and bugs running around !"
