No racist here, but the Korean lady there behind the counter does not shows that she cares for my kind but will talk to you if you are spending enough money and That Is So Sad! "I went to this store for the first time a week or so ago. I was in the area and needed a comb attachment for my hair dryer. I rang into this store and found what I was looking for. I bought 2 different attachments for around $7-8. I've bought the brand of comb attachments before at other beauty stores so I figured it's all good. Tried to use it on 8/1 and imgainr my surprise when the combs started melting when I tried blowing out my kids hair. We both looked at the comb like is this really happening. It's a good thing I had both another attachment different from this one. Took it bac to the store and the owner gave me such a hard time telling me in her 20 years of owning the store this has never hairline it's not a first time for everything. This store doesn't give money back but kept insisting get another attach. I did not want another one after this experience. She kept refusing and asking the store employee they have ever seen anything like that. I guess they figured it was something I did. I wanted to get something else but she kept refusing. After mr arguing over and over she finally relented. This should not be the treatment cutomers get when a store sells a defective product. I will never shop in this store again. Fool me once that's the only chance you get. I wish I could post the pic of the attachment."

"This place is a something else i went on there to buy something for my girlfriend and the chinese women left from behind the counter to follow me around the store,and no she was not trying to help because she didn't say two words to be just keep staring at me . I kindly pulled out my debit and credit card. Also the cash i had on me to show her i don't need to steal, and left the store. Smh"
