"They don’t keep their countertops clean. It’s always full of hair… and they don’t know how to do a real layered cut. They can only make the end of your hair thin, which was the style 20 years ago. Won’t come back again."

They speak Chinese and I can understand them. They were constantly bad mouthing about me while doing my hair. Also, they always overbook where the stylists are extremely busy and can't focus on the customer."

Tim is my favorite! I don’t know much about hair but he explains his whole thought process and makes sure you’re making informed decisions. He’s very dedicated to his work. Despite me having very dark, long and thick hair, each layer was painted with patience and precision from beginning to end. He does not cut corners. That makes it worth every penny!"
