Nails & I

"Great standard gel manicure and regular pedicure. I wanted a gel pedicure originally, but there was a miscommunication. It’s okay thought because the lady was so nice and offered to fix it, but I had to leave the salon after a certain time and couldn’t wait. All this said, I’d go back."

"My mani and pedi were nicely done by a sweet woman and my experience was good in the beginning. My toes were drying as she was doing my gel mani and when that was done I asked her if she thought my toes were dry enough for me to put my sneakers back on and leave. She said yes but if I wanted to put them under the drier for 5 min I could- so I did. 30 min after I left I see that my toes were in fact not dried and were 80% ruined. I called and one of the owners (I believe) kindly let me come back and she redid them. As they were drying again I noticed there were 2 very small imperfections (the top coat was not fully applied so it left a weird marking, and my pinky was missing a spot of color). I asked if I could just apply one quick coat on my pinky (as she was working with another customer), but she gave me attitude and said “no no, I don’t trust you let me do it” and impatiently did it for me. She acted as if every mistake was my doing. That definitely left a bad taste in my mouth after initially a nice experience."

"I have been here twice. The first time i got a manicure that lasted two days and started to chip. I went recently to get my nails done for my engagement party and had an hour before my hair appointment and I was told someone can do a gel manicure. And they did not do a good job. My nails looked lumpy and afterward I told them I did not like my nails and was told that it was the color I chose (which makes no sense because how would a color effect the nail?) and they redid the color. Still came out terrible. I wanted coffin shape and ended up not getting that because none of the nails looked consistent. A week later I went to a different salon and they asked me where did I get them done and said they could fix it. Everyone at this place is very very sweet and I wish that was enough."

"Nail tech was really nice but nails do not look professional. I ended up getting a fill in (set done primarily at a diff salon) because I took my daughter to get her nails done & boy should I have waited. Lady gave me a dip fill in even after I told her it was originally acrylic. Both of our nails had lumps in them and nail polish was done poorly. I think they are only good for mani and pedis."
