"Went in for a wash and set. I let them know I had that tape in extensions and the woman washing my hair was so rough when combing she ripped a tape right out of my head and someone else else had to finish. They don’t use heat protectant. They charged me $96 for wash and set when my cousin went for The same thing 2 weeks earlier and she also had tape extensions and they charged her 60. Ridiculous! Wont be back"

"do not go if you have curly hair ,want to dye hair ,want trim basically don’t go if you want to do anything but wash.they have cut my hair unevenly multiple times, do not know how to comb curly hair and messed up my hair color to the point where I went in for brown but got blonde.I love my hair But never got any happy results so if you also love your i would recommend to not go here.on top of the bad hair service ,they talk about you when you’re right there (they are Dominican and I’m not but I have a slight back ground in the language) and to add to this bias if you’re not Dominican it doesn’t matter if you are the first one there they will let others go before you and I’m speaking from a lot of experience in all horrible service and rude people."

"I am Spanish and this place is terrible. All the good reviews on here are because they are friends of the staff and owner and get attended to quickly. I got here before the doors opened at 8am by 11am I was still sitting in a chair waiting with dripping wet hair. Was I given or offered a towel? Not at all. They take care of their friends first even if they’re in the middle of doing something to your hair. They’re unprofessional. I sat here and listened to them talk about a customer being worked on for 45 minutes… about how dirty and disgusting she was. I’ve been here before but this will be my last visit. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed not only in these women from my own culture but for the lack of human kindness. And if you don’t think empathy and compassion are important how about remembering that a paying customer keeps your business open. Not matter who they are."
