Reviews
"I don’t ever write reviews, but this location has very rude staffs for no reason. Don’t bother asking a question, and if they answer, it’s with an attitude. If you work in customer service you should service and not give an attitude. You chose to work there, why punish the customers. Also the bar lady, we place a cocktail order and she said the bar is closed there’s only juices. Ok fair enough. So we ask for juice and she scolded that “there’s none left.”And just went on her way. The vibe was just off from the moment we walked in. The facility/amenities are much smaller— 1 sauna room, 1 small square cold plunge, 1 hot tub, 1 regular temp pool. It’s also dirty, used towels all over when there are only 20 people present. The locker rooms are nothing compared to Flat Iron, it’s small and smells. Also why is there a small child (9/10 y.o) present while women are changing. Don’t waste your time and money here, just go to the flat iron location where staffs do their job, knowledgeable, friendly which makes the experience so much better. The state of the art facility itself is huge and breathtaking"
"Bathhouse Williamsburg is a solid choice for unwinding after a stressful week in NYC. The staff are helpful and guide you through everything you need to know. The facilities include both wet and dry saunas, a cold plunge, heated pool, chill pool, and a heated sitting area. They also offer classes in the sauna, with essential oils and wavy music. Overall, it's a good spot to relax and recharge."
"Bathhouse in Williamsburg, NY, was a well needed experience. I definitely recommend a visit. I had the opportunity to partake in the Tropical Sauna with essential oils, and Caren was spot on. Receive a full body massage with Everett... AMAZING!!! My next New York visit, I will be sure to make reservations. Thank you to my son for the treatment, and the Bathhouse for the wonderful experience."
"Cute experience Hot tubs ( warm enough - I’ve been in warmer but they serve their purpose ) Sauna ( great ) Steam room ( great) Food : got wagyu beef and cashew spinach dip. Both delicious People have complaints about the size however I don’t think they’re taking into account the location. It is small however the location is convenient. To have a spa experience like this so close in a city is really enjoyable. The entry is comparable to the 4 other spa experiences I have gone to and the food is overpriced for NY- however it’s still good and nice to be able to eat and still enjoy the spa. Most spas I visit I stay for 4/6 hours in cycles of hot and cold. Due to the size this spa is best enjoyed 2-3 hours. The spa provides slippers and towels- I brought my own slides. Nothing wrong with theirs I just prefer mine. The towels are small and thin but they do provide plenty you can exchange your towels as much as you’d like which is nice. Overall worthy spa experience for sure"
