"This place is great! Don’t let the other people fool you with the tipping. These masseuse’s work very hard. As we all do in a service that requires using your body. How could you not leave a tip for someone who works so hard just as much as you do? Wouldn’t you like some compensation or recognition? Don’t be cheap. This place is great for the price, clean and respectable."

"Services are great, but the attitude for the Front Desk Receptionist is absolutely unprofessional and unbelievable. I've been here before and I got several things. They never mentioned this when I made the appointment, but there is a $15 minimum tip required by hour. (My total service was 3 hours) So I wasn't aware the first time but I obliged because the services were great. I then called today to confirm that is still the required minimum amount (with inflation and all) and the lady who answers has the audacity to say "why you ask me if you know? you like, you give more, whatever" and laughed. She was also giving me an attitude when I asked for the pricing of their facial. This is not only extremely rude but also unprofessional. They are already causing an inconvenience to people by having a MANDATORY tip they don't disclose until AFTER your service where they point to a sign. I was genuinely considering coming back today, but after that HORRIBLE phone call, I'll just take my business somewhere they actually care for their clients and have a lick of costumer service skills."

"This place is a scam…. I was with my husband at the time. Long story short the lady at the front said she’s the owner and we must pay the tip $15 each that would make our total about $120. I asked her if someone comes here every other week like me and husband and some of friends why would we have to pay that tip every time? If you really think about it how much do you guys think they are charging you? The actual price of the massage is $45+$15. When we called in to asked for the price the front desk lady said it’s $45 each and didn’t say a word about a tip. Guys it’s not about the money, I think these massage parlors really be harassing people and using cheap tricks to make money off a hardworking people. Such a cheap thing to do Asians are known for these things lately. Such a shame on you people."

"The massages are good, prices are fair but their tipping policy is hiway robbery. Today my friend and I visited. Our combined total was $210. When I gave a $45 tip, the receptionist pointed me to the sign that states there is minimum tip of $15 for 1 hr. Long story short we left tipping them $65. Tipping is optional and I don't like the tactics they use to swindle money out of paying customers. I paid for the service. Tipping is my personal choice."
