"Painful experience! The nail tech bled three of my fingers. The first two were with the cuticle trimmer and the third one was with the motorized filer. She cut my cuticles too deep & it was bleeding all over and she didn't apologize or acknowledge my pain and just kept on as if it were nothing. She didn't even properly care for the wound. She just poured some liquid on it. I couldn't say anything because she didn't speak or understand English. I was actually worried after my visit that my fingers might get infected because I didn't see her sanitize any of the equipments before or after my visit, which is very concerning. I go to a beauty salon to look & feel great but it's horrible when they treat you with little consideration & care. I wish I had spoken up to a manager while I was there to let them know what they did was not right but I was just in a hurry to get out of there. I am not coming back again. Just posting this to inform others."

"I give this place 3 stars because of the pricing. As cheap as a pedicure will get these days. I would book with Jessica specifically, because she seemed to be the best person for the service I wanted. Unfortunately, someone else did my pedicure. The other nail “tech” cut the cuticles on one of my toes and made me bleed. I noticed that when she clipped and picked off dead skin, she threw it into the bath where my other foot was still soaking, instead of wiping it on a towel. The pedicure also took twice as long as a normal one. I know this because two customers consecutively received their pedicures in the seat next to me. When she was finished and it was time to get up to go dry, she did not offer me slippers. I think she expected me to walk on the floor barefoot, which is unsanitary. I received this pedicure less than a week ago and the nail polish is already chipping. I would still come back because I want to be fair, and I believe that someone else in this salon would’ve done better work."

"I really love this place not only because of the excellent customer service but for the patience and professionalism of the girls working here. I’ve only done my nails here but they offer a vast array of services. Norma is the best, she truly pays attention to detail and her perfection is what keeps me coming. The prices are decent and the materials used, actually last. I appreciate that it’s always spotless but above all, everyone is super friendly and you always feel welcome here. I definitely recommend their business!"
