"Great ambience. Loved the services there. Me and my friends enjoyed the time there. But $15 tip per service, I didn't like that. They ask you the $15 tip and it's written in the board at the desk as well. i understand one of my service was $60 and I can pay $15. But for another service of $40 and they still asked for $15 tip, which is about 37-38% tip. $15-$20 Tip should not be mandatory. I will not go back there only because of this. Asking direct $15 tip is disrespectful to the customer, idk if they will understand that."

"It was my first time there. I asked for half an hour foot massage but the owner convinced me that one hour foot massage is better that includes neck and back massage. It was hard to communicate with my old male therapist. I keep saying go soft but he put the pressure as much as he can. I was literally just killing the time and willing to get out asap. Definitely not coming back again."

"Reviews are always to be taken with a grain of salt. Previous reviews are not correct. No pressure to tip more (People just are cheap and forget how to tip properly), no weird smells. It’s actually amazing how big this building is with so many different vendors. That being said…This place is a GEM!!! Located in New World Mall, Highly recommend!! Cash preferably. We will be back! Our scalp techs were great. Ask for Happy and Gordon."

"I got the scalp treatment and I loved it! My technician was great. She did a great job. I thought the price (60 for an hour) was fair and I didn’t mind tipping on top. My one thing to flag is that the tables for the scalp treatments are not very long and they are right against the wall. I’m 5’9 and the table was too short for me. I couldn’t hang my feet off because it’s directly against the wall, so I had to bend my knees the whole time. If you’re shorter then it wouldn’t be an issue."

When we arrived, there was no waiting, and the spa was clean and well-maintained. We got a massage, head spa, facial, and ear picking, and my mom added cupping - each treatment was excellent. Over the phone when booking, I asked about the expected tip, and they provided the information upfront. The entire experience was delightful and it was a solid spa experience that we would recommend to others."
