"Require Management attention! Improve the order pickup process There is usually no staff to help and customers end up standing there for a long time waiting to be helped. On top of that, there is no indicator for staff on whether you are waiting or not. The staff was the only reason I gave one. Please improve this service."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. Needed help finding products not one associate was available. When I finally found an associate who was available and was just stocking the shelves, I received an attitude as if I am bothering him. Don't know the name of the employee, but he was white and had nails. Extremely rude for no reason. And then when I found another employee, they said they will get back to me after helping a customer, but never did. Better service in Manhattan sephoras with more products in stock!!!"
