"I came in today to get a facial. It wasn't busy and I walked in. My mom got rear ended into on cross county parkway and needed my attention. (we weren't that far into the facial about 20 minutes). She charged me full price knowing the situation. I didnt argue, i was respectful and told her that i would pay what she thought was fair. I came to this location 3 times before and they give good service. But I would of expected them to use better judgement. Won't be back."

"I will say I was very disappointed with my massage. The staff were friendly, and accommodating, however the masseuse I got did not live up to what I expected. She basically rubbed oil on my back most of the massage, no routine, and I paid for “deep tissue”. I’ve had many massages from lots of places, and I must say this ranks pretty much at the bottom. I’ve had better massages from mall kiosk massage places. I doubt I will return. Only reason I gave 2 stars is, they were very accommodating, in terms of setting up an appointment."
