"Though this place may offer good services, which they do, their level of professionalism and communication is questionable. They are very judgmental about a clients skin. Whether the customer has scars, acne, sensitive skin, or any other skin condition, it gives them no right to degrade the customer. Even if they did have the right intention in mind, they should think about the words they use and how to convey those intentions. Repeatedly telling the customer "Your skin is so bad! Why is it like this? I can't do this! Your skin is so bad" can be very hurtful. You could have simply said "Sorry, but let's wait until your skin is a bit better before we do this particular service. We say this only because we don't want to hurt your skin and we want to make sure that the service we provide you is painless and perfect!". This location needs a crash course on customer etiquette. You may offer great services, but you have no idea how to speak to your customers."
